The aim of the European Institute of Mergers and Acquisitions, created by Professors Jean-Pierre BERTREL (ESCP Europe) and Philippe REIGNE (CNAM), is to promote research, training and information about mergers and acquisitions, in particular on the legal aspect.

Endowed with a scientific committee, composed of high level experts on company/corporation law, teaching in great institutions of higher education, the Institute is in Paris a pole of excellence in Mergers and Acquisitions, with no equivalent in Europe.
